Payment Option Restrictions

All credit cards presented at time of payment must have a valid expiration date and security code. We encrypt certain sensitive information (such as credit card information) using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your Personally Identifiable Information is safe as it is transmitted.

Other Payment Policies

• Payment is expected at time of purchase or upon due date of purchase order.

• Any discounts claimed at time of purchase will be reflected in the payment.

• Your payment information is private and will not be shared with any other party.

• Shipping costs will be added to the product price based on weight and location of shipment.

Return & Refund Policy

Priscilla Pope guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns within 30 days of order receipt. To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly, you must first contact a Priscilla Pope representative to get authorization for return and/or refund.

Packages without proper return authorization will not be accepted. Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used.

Defective merchandise must be returned with the original packaging. To return an item for any reason within 30 days of order receipt, contact a Priscilla Pope representative at info@iampriscillatpope.com. Please have ready your order information, the reason for return, and list the item(s) you are returning. Please pack the item(s) that you are returning to us. Enclose a copy of your packing slip and wrap the package securely. Be sure to apply adequate postage. Our representative will issue your credit within two to three business days after receiving your package. All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 30 days of order receipt.
