Drawing In, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping underserved youth and adults build pathways to employment, financial stability, and economic mobility through career readiness training, workforce development, financial literacy, and industry-recognized credential opportunities. Our mission is to empower individuals to discover their purpose, develop their potential, and pursue their dreams through education, workforce development, and financial empowerment.
We are committed to closing the skills gap, expanding access to economic opportunity, and equipping participants with the knowledge, credentials, and confidence needed to thrive in today’s workorce. Through strategic partnerships, training programs, and individualized support, we help participants move towards sustainable careers, financial stability, and long-term success.
Our Approach to Workforce Development & Career Readiness
At Drawing In, Inc., we focus on three key areas of development to ensure that our participants are prepared to meet the challenges of the workforce:
Career Readiness Training: We provide hands-on support, including resume development, interview preparation, workplace communication, digital literacy, and job search strategies. Our career readiness labs are designed to equip participants with the skills and confidence needed to successfully enter today’s workforce.
Workforce Development: We connect participants to career pathways in high demand industries, including healthcare, skilled trades, aviation, technology, and other growth sectors. Through training, certifications, employer connections and workforce partnerships, participants are prepared for long-term success.
Financial Literacy: We equip participants with practical money management skills through financial education, coaching, budgeting, savings strategies, credit management, and long-term financial planning. Our goal is to help individuals build financial confidence and achieve economic stability.

Eligible participants may be referred to community partners and workforce development organizations for additional services, certifications, training programs, and employment resources.

Meet with our team. We’ll learn about your goals, interests, and career aspirations. Leave with a roadmap for your next steps.
Drawing In is a workforce development and career readiness organization. Through partnerships with community organizations and training providers, participants may be connected to certification and training opportunities based on their interests, goals, and eligibility requirements.
This program is supported in part by funding from Fulton County’s Community Services Program (CSP).
Scholarships and funded participation opportunities may be available for eligible Fulton County residents. Additional eligibility requirements may apply for certain training and certification programs offered through partner organizations.

This course provides instruction for graduating high school seniors and young adults with the goal of them entering college or the workforce with a financial foundation. We will instruct the participants in the following areas:

True Costs of Living: Average prices for rent, vehicles, and the necessities of life
Budgeting 101
Banking Basics: Different types of accounts
Transitioning From Student to Employee: being a responsible young adult

In addition to our Career Readiness & Workforce Development Programs, Drawing In, Inc. offers individual workshops and short-term training sessions open to all individuals, regardless of age or background. These specialized workshops provide valuable knowledge and skills in key areas such as investing, cryptocurrency, business ownership, and now AI in the Workforce.
We believe in making knowledge accessible to everyone, empowering individuals with the tools and resources they need to grow both personally and professionally.
Workshops Offered:
Investing & Cryptocurrency: This workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of investing and cryptocurrency basics, providing an overview of how to start investing in today’s digital economy. Participants learn about market trends and how to diversify their portfolios for future growth.
Purpose and Business Ownership: This workshop focuses on helping individuals discover their business purpose and gain practical insights into business ownership.
AI and the Workforce: As the job market rapidly evolves, artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming industries. This workshop explores how AI is reshaping the workforce, how individuals can adapt to these changes, and the skills they need to thrive in an AI-powered job market. Participants learn about AI’s potential in automation, data analysis, and job creation, and how to leverage these technologies to stay competitive in the workforce.

Program Requirements (during open enrollment):
Entrepreneurial training:
Participants must be a resident of Fulton County
They must be a woman with low to moderately low income
They must express an interest in small business ownership
Career Readiness Labs: (Registration Now Open)
Participants must be between the ages of 18-24, unemployed or underemployed adults, or seeking new skills & career opportunities
